Different generations living together is at the crux of this project consisting of 40 apartments, a communal activity room and kitchen, communal storage and parking. Seventy percent of the building is housing for the elderly and disabled, while thirty percent is for autistic youths. This project marks an important route from the inner city of Zwolle to the center of Stadshagen and forms one of the building blocks of Stadshagen’s central zone.
